Making a first time in a fancy cafe video takes two photos and about five minutes of rendering. Here is the full walkthrough, plus the photo rules that decide whether your version is actually funny.

Step 1 — Pick the cafe cast
The template offers six casts of the same fixed scene:
- Original Table Sitter — the classic @leehoustonx read, all black on both sides
- Cream Suit — the 4.7M-play overdressed version; pick this if your photo is in a suit, it makes the mistake land harder
- Korean Couple — the 2.9M-play friend joke, casual campus outfits

Each cast keeps its own room, walk-in and timing. Pick the one closest to the post you want to make.
Step 2 — Upload two full-body photos, table first
This is the whole craft:
- Photo 1 is whoever should sit on the table. Photo 2 is the one who walks in and shows how it is done.
- Full body, one person per photo. The joke is in the legs — knees up on the table, then the climb-down — so a selfie crop leaves the model guessing.
- Relaxed poses. The person on the table has to look like they belong there. A coffee in hand or legs crossed beats a stiff passport-style shot every time.
- Overdressing helps. The biggest swaps put the person on the table in a suit — the mistake lands harder when they look too nice for the furniture.
- One clear face per photo; with two faces in one photo, the model picks who sits.
Step 3 — Generate
The page opens on 9:16 with the length fixed at 15 seconds — the full scene from the perch to the climb-down. Read the credit cost shown before you generate, then start the render. It typically takes a few minutes; finished clips land in History, and failed jobs are refunded automatically as credits.
If the climb-down looks tangled — legs swinging, feet missing the ledge — run the same photos again. The second take usually fixes it.
Step 4 — Post it right
- Caption it the way everyone does: "POV: your first time in a fancy cafe", or "can't take bro anywhere nice" if you cast a friend on the table.
- Tag whoever is on the table — the tag turns a scene into a joke about someone specific.
- Add #yourfirsttimeinafancycafe.
- Add the trend sound — Steve Lacy's "Oh Yeah?" — from the TikTok, Reels, or Shorts library. ViralReel does not license the song.
- Turn on the AI-generated label TikTok and Instagram both offer.
Troubleshooting
- Nobody climbs down / the legs tangle — photo was not full-body, or the pose was stiff. Retry full-body and relaxed.
- The wrong person sits on the table — you uploaded two faces in one photo, or swapped the photo order. Photo 1 sits, photo 2 walks in.
- The dog looks like a blob — headshot of a dark-furred pet. Use a bright, full-body sitting photo with the fur pattern visible against the background.
